5. NIL Opportunities and Transactions
Pulse Technologies provides a digital platform to connect athletes, brands, schools, and recruiters.
Pulse is not a party to any NIL agreement, endorsement, or financial transaction between users.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your NIL activities comply with applicable laws and institutional rules.
Pulse Technologies disclaims liability for any dispute, loss, or damage resulting from third-party agreements arranged through the platform.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of your content but grant Pulse Technologies a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive license to host, display, and promote it in connection with the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring your uploaded content does not infringe the rights of others.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that all NIL transactions will meet compliance standards.

If you are a collegiate athlete:
You are responsible for meeting your school’s NIL disclosure requirements.

Pulse Technologies may share NIL activity data with authorized institutions or governing bodies as required by law or policy.
